Throughout her career, she has earned several prestigious awards for her contributions to the construction industry, where she has been a prominent figure for over a decade, recognized as a trailblazer for black women in leadership. Thandeka has extensive expertise in the alternative finance industry, with a focus on alternative wealth management, project finance, and trade services. Expanding her portfolio, she has entered the mining sector, leveraging her diverse experience to establish a leading presence in this competitive industry.
